We can help customers convert their content (HTML, dynamic multi-media, flow media and XML) into the native language and culture of Chinese customers (target users including mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong) , including localization of languages and technologies; we also provide assistance to customers in the management of content related to Chinese.
Website update and maintenance
When localization is completed, 21GCTT may follow it up with further localization of changes in content of the website, and, with customer's permission, deliver the content to remote locations accordingly or send the updated documents directly to the customer, thus achieving dynamic updating of customer's globalized website with latest content. "Website Content Management" includes timely update and modification of web pages, such as "press release", "new content", "new product release", etc. In most cases, we can update the information on customer's web pages within 24-48 hours as per customer requirements from time to time. |

| Video / Audio Localization |

The process of multi-media localization includes translation of screen text and caption, recording, post production and end product integration. Since it is a relatively complicated process, for the time being 21GCTT only provides translation of screen text and caption, with other services outsourced to other companies.
